What if I need more time?
You can extend your session by 20 or 40 minutes (if available), or upgrade to a full Brand Focus Session ($97) for bigger projects and strategy.
How do we meet?
All sessions are held virtually (Zoom). You’ll get a link after you book.
What if we don’t finish in time?
If your task needs more time, I’ll give you clear recommendations and options to continue — so nothing gets left hanging.
Is this session refundable?
Because spots are limited, Mini Support Sessions are non-refundable once booked. If you can’t make your scheduled time, we’ll work together to reschedule once.
Do I get notes or a recording after the session?
You’ll receive a quick email summary of what we completed, plus one follow-up email for additional clarification on the same issue. (Full notes, recordings, and toolkits are reserved for Brand Focus Sessions.)
