Here are the most common questions clients ask before starting Spark, Shine, or Glow. Each plan is designed to be clear, consistent, and easy to get started with.

What happens in the Creative Flow Planning Session?

It’s a focused, 30–45 minute strategy session where we define themes, map your posting rhythm, and plan content aligned with upcoming promotions. You’ll receive an editable monthly plan (PDF) afterward.

How does billing and scheduling work each month?

Your first month’s payment is due at booking (Spark $129 / Shine $199). Each month after your payment processes, you’ll automatically receive a link to schedule your Creative Flow Session for that month.

Can I switch plans later if my needs change?

Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade between Spark, Shine, and Glow at the start of a new billing month. Just email me and I’ll update your plan.

What platforms are supported?

I primarily focus on Instagram and Facebook, but your plan and templates can easily be adapted for LinkedIn, YouTube, or TikTok.

How does billing and scheduling work?

Your first month’s payment ($129) is due at booking. Each month after your payment processes, you’ll receive a link to schedule your Creative Flow Session. In Spark, your session comes with an editable monthly plan PDF and 5 custom Canva templates.

Shine – Quick FAQ

What’s included in Shine?

For $199/month, Shine includes everything in Spark plus:

  • 10 branded Canva templates
  • Up to 5 IG highlight covers
  • A Facebook cover image
    Your monthly payment is due at booking, and after each renewal you’ll receive a link to schedule your Creative Flow Session for that month.

Do I need a Canva Pro account for templates?

No — templates are designed to work with the free version of Canva. Canva Pro is recommended for additional features, but not required.

What if I forget to schedule my session?

You’ll receive automated reminders. If you still can’t find a time, reply and we’ll coordinate manually so you don’t miss your monthly momentum.

Can I add a Mini Brand Style Guide?

Yes—if you don’t have one, you can add a Mini Brand Style Guide (+$49 one time investment) during booking so your fonts, colors, and logo usage stay consistent.

Do unused posts/templates roll over?

No—each month is designed to give you fresh support and momentum, so deliverables don’t roll over.

Can I add on extra services?

Yes! You can complement your plan with Creative Add-Ons like Social Media Setup, Canva Template Creation, or Custom Instagram Highlight Icons. These add-ons help you stay consistent and polished, and you can view all the details on the Services page.


Glow – Quick FAQ

What happens after I apply?

Applications are reviewed during the current or upcoming quarterly onboarding cycle.

If accepted, you’ll be invited to reserve your spot with a $140 deposit, which is applied to your first month of service.

If no spots are available during this cycle, your deposit secures your place on the official Glow Waitlist for the next quarterly opening. You’ll be contacted as soon as a new spot becomes available.

If you prefer to wait without placing a deposit, you may remain on the Glow Waitlist and join a future onboarding cycle when openings are announced.

Glow – Application FAQ

Why does Glow require an application?

Social Glow is my highest-touch social media service and includes done-for-you planning, execution, and scheduling.

To ensure every client receives personalized attention and consistent quality, Glow enrollment is intentionally limited. Applications help confirm alignment and protect the experience for every Glow client.

How does the post scheduling work with Social Glow?

With Social Glow, my team and I handle scheduling of up to 60 posts per month (up to 3 posts per day).

Content is guided by your monthly Creative Flow Session, and captions or approvals are coordinated as needed. Once content is approved, we manage the scheduling so your brand shows up consistently and professionally.
