Here are some of the tools we love to make tech life more efficient and easy.
Groove Funnels
I was honestly skeptical about GrooveFunnels being free, but I’m so glad I checked it out! I just wanted to do free landing pages and sales funnels; I got a lot more at no cost. Your free membership gives you lifetime access to a bunch of business tools, which can help you save. #WinWin
I’m grateful that an awesome mentor, Nicole Walters (nicolewalters.tv), introduced me to Acuity Scheduling. My business outgrew the free version but it’s well worth less than $20 a month to schedule easily and get paid online!
Adobe Photoshop is a long-time favorite among graphic designers for making magic. Ever since I learned how to use layers, it’s been my go-to for photo editing and creating amazing graphics.
Namecheap
After years of seeing Namecheap and being skeptical, I finally decided to try them. Their pricing for website services like domains, hosting and SSL certificates is phenomenal!

I have been using Go Daddy since I created my first real web site. The service and reliability have been amazing so I always recommend them to my clients for website services like domains, hosting, professional email and everything else!

I absolutely love sharing the tools I use, but I didn’t know if I’d share this one or not. This is one of my secret go-to sites where I can get quick templates for just about anything, in just about any format when I want to do something quick for myself. Whether you want a Word template, a legal document draft or a Photoshop template, you can find it here.
Many of my creations are custom from start to finish but sometimes I like to get a start with some inspiration from a template, then custom fit the design for the client. This saves time and offers new perspectives for different projects.
Before I was introduced to the wonderful world of Zoom, I was wasting time trying to connect 2 to 3 technologies to make my online classes and webinars work…and it seemed like I always would have “technical difficulties”. But now, I just send a link and get going quick and simple with Zoom!
I admit it! On top of being a tech geek, I’m a writing geek too. And I honestly get a bit judgmental when I see glaring grammar, spelling and punctuation errors. But even Divas make mistakes so using tools like Grammarly helps maintain the air of perfection (or close enough to it).
