​Thanks for your interest in DesignDiva Studios Virtual Event Support! Please complete this form with your event details so I can confirm availability. Once approved, you’ll receive a payment link to secure your booking and we’ll schedule your complimentary prep session.

I agree that I understand my Complimentary 1-hour prep session must be scheduled at least 5 business days before the event to be guaranteed.

I understand that events exceeding the booked time will be billed at $69/hr, with payment due within 24 hours after the event

Virtual Event Support bookings are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 72 hours’ notice.

It’s best to submit your request at least 2–3 weeks before your event so we have time to plan your prep session and script.

I work with Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, and StreamYard. If you’re using another platform, just include it in your request form.

Extra time is billed at $69/hr, payable within 24 hours after your event.

Yes — reschedules are available with at least 72 hours’ notice. This is subject to availability so please contact me with updates as early as possible.
